Oh The Places I've Gone!

 This is my first (I think) by-request post for the Salty Zebra blog I've done! My daughter-in-law told me during our recent family vacation that I ought to do an "Everywhere I've Been" bullet style post. Honestly, it feels a little overwhelming, but I'm going to dig in and see if I can do it! To start with, I'm not covering everywhere I've been in my home state of Washington. There are a few places here I haven't been yet, but not many, and that could get tedious! Next, I figured I'd break it down into domestic, then by region/state, and international travel.     amazing!! I had no idea you had gone to some of these places!! you'll have to start sending me throwback Thursday pictures from South America since that is what mostly surprised me!

      Haha! Yeah, we were in cartagena on both our Panama Canal cruises. Our only official south American ports as evidently Panama technically counts as north America, don't ask me why.

   This incredible trip has taught me so much, and I feel like I'm just beginning to unpack it. I Just Need a Little Help From My Friends...

TLDR, just want to donate So this is a difficult post to write, probably even more difficult than figuring out how to tell people I had a brain tumor. I HATE asking people for money, for help, for most anything really - except prayer, I'm pretty good at asking for that! Here's the thing, I don't NEED money. I'm not looking for donations for a huge fundraiser like the 3-Day (did that a long time ago). I'm not going on a mission trip. But I am doing something new, something I can't do without help. In this eye of the storm season I'm in, I've become positively obsessed with travel. The thing is, travel is expensive and while I could just spend our savings to do what I want, that wouldn't be great stewardship of our future and hopeful retirement.
